Welcome to the website for “Pixel Assault”, the first of the EMDEC (Electronic Multiple Design Entertainment Console) series of personal project arcade cabinets by Omesh Persaud (me), with extensive woodwork help from William Canzoneiro.

Pixel Assault is a multi purpose arcade cabinet which includes dozens of the arcade favorites from the good old days, as well as some unique experiences (such as co-op and deathmatch Doom)!  With a custom designed User Interface and an expandable hardware base, it’s a home project that will hopefully provide fun for me, my friends, and my family for years to come.

This website serves as an archive of the progress and completion of the cabinet for myself, the great community at arcadecontrols.com , as well as anyone interested in what it might take to get an idea like this off the ground.
